- Dinner - Tomato Lentil Soup, fruit salad
- Snack - cheese & fruit

- Lunch - Quesadillas
- Dinner - Turkey, broccoli, potatoes
- Snack - Carrots & peanut butter
Saturday

- Lunch - crudite, fruit, cheese
- Dinner - Spaghetti with meat sauce
